ABOUT OBLIVION
A Musical Journey
Oblivion was born out of a group of individuals with a true passion for metal. Andrew Gossard on guitar and vocals, Jordan Rodeheffer on drums Matt Carrol on guitar and Jeff Benfield on bass. Several line up changes occurred over the years. Erik Jones took over bass, several demos were made in 2006 followed by Epochalypse the first full length album. Chris Hatfield took over lead guitar in 2010, shortly followed by the 2010 demo. Jordan left the band due to personal reasons. In late 2022 Andrew and Chris once again took up the mantle and proceeded to write the third album Aeons Beyond Eternity.
